Supervision Policy:

Please be advised this is a parent-supervised activity, each parent is responsible for their child/children, and small loose parts and water play may be present. Upon booking, you will sign a waiver form that states your responsibility to your child during play sessions.

Allergy/Anaphylaxis Policy:

Please advise us prior to your session if your child has any Allergies/ Anaphylaxis to particular ingredients and we will do our best to cater for this (Please note we cannot guarantee traces of products). 

Cancellation policy:

Due to the costs of materials and other fees, we will not be able to refund your spot. If you are paying per Term, you are welcome to join in on a makeup lesson another day of the week, otherwise, you can transfer your spot to someone else. Please email ateliersensory@gmail.com with any name changes in relation to your booking.

Publicity/ Photography/ Social media:

Please use your camera with caution, and respect that other parents/carers may not want their child in your picture. Asking before taking a photo is a great way to make sure.

We will take photos and short videos during sessions with your consent. Photo and video content may be used for our website or social media accounts. If you do not wish to have your or your child’s picture taken please let us know at booking or in person. (Photos used in accordance with our terms and conditions).
