Children under 8 months old enjoy complimentary entry. However, booking is essential to secure your spot. Please email us to reserve your place. Our sessions are designed for children aged 8 months to 6 years.

All materials and activities we utilize are sourced from food-based items, and they are prepared and stored following strict food safety guidelines. This ensures that the materials we use are appropriate for sensory exploration and interaction. Our goal is to provide your child with a stimulating and enjoyable experience while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Taste-Safe Definition:

When we say "taste-safe," we mean that the materials and activities we provide are formulated in a way that your child can safely explore them with their mouth. While our activities are not intended to be eaten as a meal, they are designed so that if your child happens to put a small amount in their mouth, it will not pose a health risk. This approach encourages sensory exploration in a natural and holistic manner.

WET WEATHER: In the case of light rain our sessions will still go ahead. In more severe weather we will hold our session at a lndoor space which we will update with an email. We will let everyone know of wet weather changes on our social media.

Refunds:

Refunds will not be issued unless a session is canceled by us.

At Sensory Atelier, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients, which includes a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate unexpected changes.

Makeup Sessions / Credit Sessions:

We are one of the few sensory providers that offer makeup sessions or credit sessions for sick or canceled sessions. We understand that last-minute changes can be unplanned, and we aim to provide the best experience for our clients despite these challenges.

Advance Preparation:

Our sessions are prepared a week in advance, including the purchase of craft materials, sensory items, and booking of council/indoor spaces. Therefore, cancellations within 7 days of the session result in a significant loss for us.

Cancellation Terms:

More than 7 days' notice: Credit/ rescheduling of the session.

Last minute cancellations: No credit or rescheduling offered . we encourage you to give your spot to someone else if you cannot attend.

Special Sessions: EVENTS | PARTIES |WORKSHOPS

For special sessions involving additional arrangements Parties, Event and Workshops (e.g., specific locations, special activities like face painting), refunds or credits will not be provided due to upfront payments made for these services.

Advance Notice:

We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else or manage our materials and resources accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies as they enable us to maintain the quality of our sessions and accommodate all participants effectively.

We value the privacy and comfort of all participants in our sessions and want to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. When it comes to capturing moments through photography, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following guidelines:

Respecting Others' Privacy:

While you're welcome to use your camera to capture memories, we kindly request that you exercise caution and sensitivity. Some parents or caregivers may prefer not to have their child's image in your photos. We encourage you to always ask for permission before taking a photo, as this simple gesture ensures that everyone's preferences are respected.

Photography by Atelier Sensory:

During our sessions, with your consent, we may capture photos and short videos to document the engaging experiences we provide. These images and videos might be used on our official website or shared through our social media accounts to showcase the enriching moments we create together.

Your Choice and Consent:

Your comfort is important to us. If you or your child would rather not have your image captured during our sessions, please let us know either during the booking process or in person before the session begins. We want to ensure that you feel at ease throughout the entire experience.

At Sensory Atelier, we're excited to help you create a memorable and enjoyable sensory party experience for your child. To ensure the smooth planning and execution of the event, we have a cancellation policy in place:

Booking and Deposit:

Upon booking your child's party with us, a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 will be required. This deposit secures your reservation and contributes to the preparations for the event.

Final Payment and Timeline:

The remaining amount for the party will be due for payment 7 days prior to the scheduled event. This allows us to finalize arrangements and ensure everything is ready for your special day.

Cancellation Notice:

Should you need to cancel your booked party, we kindly ask that you notify us no less than 7 days before the scheduled event. This provides us with sufficient time to adjust our plans accordingly.

Cancellation After 7 Days Prior:

If the party is cancelled after the 7-day window prior to the event, unfortunately, we will be unable to refund the non-refundable holding deposit of $50. This policy is in place to cover the costs and preparations that have already been made in anticipation of your party.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. It allows us to continue delivering exceptional experiences to all of our clients. Outdoor and Indoor Sessions:

Our outdoor sessions are open for all to enjoy as a family event. Feel free to bring everyone along for a fun sensory experience. However, please note that our indoor sessions have limited space due to number restrictions. We will send you an email with specific details about indoor sessions, including any capacity limitations, 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
